I am a Ph.D. student in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), advised by Prof. Naira Hovakimyan. I received my Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from UIUC and my thesis was on the design of a robust framework for model-based reinforcement learning (ICLR 2024).

Previously, I was a Research Assistant (2020 - 2021) in the Stochastic Systems Lab at the Indian Institute of Science, under the supervision of Prof. Shalabh Bhatnagar, and worked on reinforcement learning algorithms for UAV navigation.

I collaborated with Prof. Patricio Vela, IVA Lab, Georgia Institute of Technology, and Prof. Prasad Krishna, NITK, for my Undergraduate Thesis on closed-loop benchmarking of various stereo visual-inertial SLAM systems (ICRA 2020).

I graduated with a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK), India in 2020.
